so, how did it go?
Quite interestingly, nobody seemed to notice (or pretended not to notice?) that it was Valentine’s Day except for a few quiet-ish good wishes all round (started by Aaron I believe?).
Yang Ming’s play was very beautifully well-read by Dawn, Chu Qiao, Ethel and Ronald, with Aaron as narrator. And while it was rather sombre/sad/depressing due to its subject matter (even creepy in some ways!), it did generate quite a lot of discussion. I think it was really fascinating to see how the combined brainpower of such a varied group offered Yang Ming several useful things to consider for her next (few) revisions.
We’re all looking forward to it being staged sometime in the foreseeable future! And when that happens, you definitely should catch it.
